About us
Wonder is a small and mighty research consultancy on a mission to deliver participatory, trauma-informed research and evaluation that centres the voices of underserved communities.
We combine methodological rigour with creative, human-centred approaches that empower people as equal stakeholders in research.
We are experienced in involving people facing systemic disadvantage in participatory projects, having led evaluations and service design projects in emotionally complex settings with people experiencing overlapping vulnerabilities and discrimination.
Each project we deliver is fully bespoke, blending research methods and co-design tools such as creative workshops, focus groups, ethnographic interviews, surveys and system mapping.

We are a female-founded organisation, bringing over 25 years of experience in market and social research. Driven by our values of connection and wonder, we are continuously curious; committed to learning and evolving our practice. We pride ourselves in being skilled at finding the compelling insight for our clients, to drive meaningful change.
We are a 2-woman Senior level team with an extensive network of specialists we partner with, responding in an agile way to the needs of each brief.
